These authentic chicken enchiladas with mole sauce were inspired by grandma's mole recipe that takes two days to complete. Chocolate, peanuts, and dried chiles make a rich and flavorful sauce that tops the moist and tender chicken enchiladas. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans and sour cream.

Not crazy about this menu, the veg version was ok but both were tortilla heavy and not great to look at, esp.the meat version. Like the 3 part to-go containers, cauliflower salad overly fragrant
