Would not do this menu again. Green beans were overcooked and tasted off, chicken was in large chunks that were hard to cut and the dressing had big bits of apples in it and needed to be pureed. Fine amount of green salad (3 trays) but only because we had quinoa salad w/ veggies. Needed a starch, noodles? Lemon bars were ok.
