An authentic Sichuan meal made with spicy, tingly Sichuan peppercorns! Delicious gung bao chicken is served with steamed rice and garlic yu choy. Enjoy a complete menu full of incredible flavors.
Gung Bao Chicken (chicken thigh, tamari, rice wine, canola oil, cornstarch, salt, black vinegar, sugar, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, water, sambal (chili, salt, acetic acid, xanthan gum), dry chili, Sichuan peppercorn, garlic, ginger, green onion, peanuts, sesame oil)
Steamed Rice (sprouted brown rice, white rice)
Garlic Yu Choy (yu choy, canola oil, garlic, chili, salt, msg, Mirin rice wine)
Some employees complain its' too salty.
Dissapointing meal. Chicken was skimpy and sichuan peppers have now been replaced with an abundance of green onion stalks. Numbing amount of five spice used and noodles bland. 1 star. Would like this meal removed from rotation.
Food was terrible, huge chunks of onion and other veggies that made it difficult to eat. Please do not serve this again to our organization
The five spice freaked people out and they wondered if they might be allergic, the mushrooms were so tasty and we wished for more of those and fewer peanuts (more peanuts and chiles than chicken!) Tasted less flavorful than expected.
