blackened chicken (chicken, olive oil, Cajun spice, garlic), jambalaya (rice, smoked andouille sausage, ham, chicken thigh, plum tomatoes, celery, onions, green bell peppers, fresh garlic, granulated garlic and onion, paprika, basil, cayenne pepper, bay leaf, chicken bouillon, olive oil), salad (kale and greens mix, zucchini, yellow squash, black olives, green olives, cucumbers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes), creamy Creole dressing (mayonnaise, buttermilk, Italian herbs, Cajun seasoning), cornbread (cornmeal, flour, buttermilk, butter, sugar, eggs, leavening)
Very tasty, just a hit of heat. A little salty though. I wish the rice didn't have pork sausage though, because many individuals at work couldn't eat it.
Enjoyed the fish option today, spicy but cooked to perfection. Wish the vegetarian/vegan option had a protein component. Cornbread never disappoints, salad fresh and colorful.
