Marinated tofu stir-fried with colorful mixed vegetables. Served with steamed broccoli on a bed of white rice.
Marinated Tofu with Vegetables (tofu, yellow onions, red cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, spring onions, tamari, lime, garlic, sugar, cornstarch)

Tofu pieces were quite big and hard to eat as it was a bit chewy. Not as exciting as other tofu dishes.
This lunch was meh. Tofu was a little dry as well as the rice. Barely three stars. If we do again would like kimchee side
