Vegan Étouffeé served with rice and garden salad with Creole vinaigrette. Étouffeé literally means "smothered"- which this dish is, in Creole sauce!

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-15 in
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp water on rice before heating
  • Heat covered
  • Stir halfway through heating
