Ingredients

crawfish, onion, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, flour, butter, chicken bouillon, basil, granulated onion, granulated garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, rice, Creole salad (mixed greens, zucchini, yellow squash, black olives, green olives, cucumbers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes), Creole dressing (mayonnaise, buttermilk, Italian herbs, Cajun seasoning), cornbread (cornmeal, flour, buttermilk, butter, sugar, eggs, leavening)

The Etouffee was good but I was looking forward to the cornbread and it didn't come with the meal.

I don't know what I didn't like about this, but I only ate about half of it. Crawfish Étouffée is one of my favorite meals in NOLA, so something was off in this dish.
