Traditional Cajun style crawfish etouffee served with rice, a garden salad with creamy Creole dressing, and cornbread. Etouffee literally means "smothered" in a rich and spicy Creole sauce.

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-15 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp water on rice before heating
  • Heat covered
  • Heat cornbread for 30 sec if desired

The Etouffee was good but I was looking forward to the cornbread and it didn't come with the meal.

I don't know what I didn't like about this, but I only ate about half of it. Crawfish Étouffée is one of my favorite meals in NOLA, so something was off in this dish.
