Tender braised beef is slowly cooked with curry, ginger and garlic. A fragrant dish that is served with traditional Injera bread, slow cooked red lentils, collard greens, turmeric cabbage and potatoes, tomato beet salad, yellow split peas and housemade hot sauce.
