Description

Oven baked ginger-panko crusted salmon with a creamy white miso sauce. Served with garlic sauteed white beans, summer squash, edamame, pea shoots and steamed rice.

Lots of flavor; very good dish.

This was disappointing. The breadcrumbs were fluffy- not crispy at all and really did nothing for the dish. The ginger flavor was too subtle- almost not there.

The side dish with the sauce was delicious. I give it a 5 star, however the salmon was mushy (only a 1 star)
