Handmade gluten free black eyed pea patties are served with flavorful sides like brown rice, romaine, slow baked black beans, roasted yams and plantains. Top it off with fresh limes, jalapeños, cilantro, green onions then a swirl of cilantro or gluten free jerk sauce to finish it off.

could use a bit more seasoning, but overall quite good.
