Marinated and grilled gluten free chicken is served with brown rice, slow baked black beans, roasted yams and plantains and romaine. Top it off with fresh limes, jalapeños, cilantro, green onions and a drizzle of cilantro or gluten free jerk sauce.

The food was delicious and we'd do this meal again. Great flavors, enjoyed having a fish. Salmon is hard to do and this salmon was perfect. Beef and chicken went about the same, more fish leftover.
