This is a beautiful salad with organic quinoa (a great source of nutrients and protein), a grilled free range chicken breast, grilled summer squash, roasted cauliflower, asparagus, grape tomato, kale, and my own herb-filled backyard green dressing. I serve a side of garlic bread as well.
