I can't imagine doing anything else that would allow me to nourish people's minds, bodies, and souls as much as providing the perfect meal. It provides a connection that words cannot describe.
Handmaking with nature-fresh ingredients makes every dish taste fantastic. For this classic mexican appetizer I've handmade the corn tortillas then crisped them in coconut oil. For the guac, I seasoned and mashed the avacado and whipped it with walla walla onions and fresh cilantro, with a dash of lime. And for the pico de gallo I toss together perfectly cut tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, tossed and seasoned to taste.
