Fresh side salad with purple cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, dried cranberries, and feta, served with ranch and Italian dressings. Perfect with your piroshki!
mixed baby lettuces, purple cabbage, dried cranberries, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, ranch dressing (soybean oil, buttermilk, egg, distilled vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate, modified food starch, sugar, garlic, xanthan gum, onion, citric acid), Italian dressing (soybean oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, parsley, black pepper, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum)
Good meal salmon was perfection, beef was dry, mushroom and rice, too much rice, chicken was great - curry? Some thought were too big. Salad colorful and yummy but preferred version with truer greens and less iceberg. Next time more vegan because they were the only ones with meat substitute and people like Field Roast. Smores were rich/delish but too big, cut each into 4!
Could have use another tray or two of salad, but everything was great. thanks.
