A Northern Thai beef curry that is well known as Hung Le in Chiangmai. The curry is made of ginger, garlic and aromatic herbs and spices mixed in with tender chunks of beef, potatoes, and carrots. If you're looking for something with the perfect amount of heat, this is the perfect dish for you!

This dish was delicious and something totally new for me!

But it asked to be heated covered and came with a non-oven safe cover. Hopefully, in the future Lish will include an oven safe over.
