Bakwan are an Indonesian-style tempura. These delicious corn fritter snacks are served with a fresh apple and cabbage slaw on the side.

Ingredients

bakwan (corn, carrots, green onion, rice flour, AP flour, egg white), slaw (Granny Smith Apple, cabbage, sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon, sugar, poppy seed, salt, black pepper, onion powder, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar)
