Pasta Monica, Jemil's Cajun spiced creamy pasta, is topped with savory bone-in baked herb chicken. Served with a garden salad with a creamy Creole dressing and garlic bread on the side.

pasta monica (penne pasta, heavy cream, spinach, mushrooms,cherry tomatoes, vegetable stock*, garlic, Cajun spice), salad (kale and greens mix, zucchini, yellow squash, black olives, green olives, cucumbers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes), herb chicken (chicken, garlic, white wine, thyme, oregano, sage, rosemary), creamy creole dressing (mayonnaise, buttermilk, Italian herbs, Cajun seasoning), garlic bread (bread, margarine, garlic, spices)

Delicious. The seasoning on the chicken was superb. And yes, the pasta is a little spicy but it was the "right" kind of spicy - just a little kick - nothing overwhelming. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely delicious! Generous portion of meat (two large drumsticks and a thigh), addictively-flavorful sauce with mushrooms and greens on the pasta, and a creative, not-boring salad. Order an extra salad, because you will probably get two meals out of this dish. Would like to see the skin browned/cooked more so I can eat it without the extra work at home (it would also improve the visual appeal).

I don't tend to like Southern (or southern inspired) foods, but this one piqued my interest, and did not disappoint. Flavorful and spicy pasta loaded with veggies, perfectly cooked chicken with tons of flavor, and a nice big side salad. The dressing was a little much for me, but the meal was still stellar. yum yum

Too spicy for my taste but sure it would be fine for those who like spicy. The portions were amble and the presentation was good. It was a good value even though not my favorite.

This was our second time trying Lish and second time we've been disappointed. This dish was way over spiced and the chicken was undercooked. There was also something off about the pasta and it felt like I was eating bits of sand with every bite. It would have been great if the salad had a nice creamy dressing to balance the spice of the dish but, instead, the dressing was also spicy. Now, I'm a huge fan of spicy dishes but this dish wasn't enjoyable.
