Chef Jenn has been a chef and caterer in the Seattle area for over 20 years. Inspired by her grandmother’s southern kitchen, she continues to honor those roots with dishes that remain staples on her menus.
Slow-roasted shredded pork seasoned with Hawaiian-style sea salt and a touch of natural smoke flavor. Served with rice and ginger slaw.
