Thai jasmine rice, egg omelette, dried shrimp, chicken sausage, braised pork, green beans, red onion, Granny Smith apples, fresh chili, and lime come together to form the perfect combination of salty, sweet, and sour. A unique Thai classic, perfect for a hot sunny day!

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 8-12 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 1-2 min
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp water on rice before heating
  • Heat covered
  • Do not heat lime, apple, green beans or red onion
  • Squeeze lime over dish before mixing thoroughly
  • Garnish with dried shrimp and add chili to taste
