An original recipe from my nephew, 'Birdy'. Every time we visit Thailand he cooks this dish for my daughters and me. It's a creamy light brown gravy mixed with chicken and flavorful secret ingredients, making this dish one of a kind. It took a lot of convincing, but I was finally able to get the recipe from him! I am now able to share this amazing dish- of course, still keeping the delicious secret ingredients, a secret...shhh...
