Pile succulent slow cooked pork shoulder on a soft bun and top with housemade sweet and spicy gochujang BBQ sauce for the perfect Korean-inspired summer sandwich, enjoyable year-round! Served with tangy Asian coleslaw and a classic creamy Korean potato salad.
Korean BBQ Pulled Pork (pork, onion, paprika, garlic, sugar, ginger, coriander, sesame seed)
Sweet and Spicy Gochujang BBQ Sauce (garlic, ginger, onions, gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), hoisin, sweet soy sauce, pineapple, brown sugar, worcestershire, ketchup, fish sauce)
Bun (enriched unbeached wheat flour, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, dough conditioners, calcium sulfate, enzymes, calcium propionate, sesame seeds)
Asian Coleslaw (cabbage, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, mirin, green onion)
Korean Potato Salad (potato, carrot, apple, cucumber, egg, mayonnaise, sugar)
buns were underwhelming burger buns, would be nicer with some rolls, baguettes, or brioche, etc. Meat was good though.
