I think we could have used more lentils and less potatoes
This was a unique meal for us at Ai2 and it was a nice addition to our menu. With an international employee-base, it's important to offer global flavors so we'd do this again. The fresh tomato salad was a great compliment to the other heartier foods. The quantities were appropriate.
Vegetarians loved this, as well as all of the other veggies that came with todays meal!
