This was a unique meal for us at Ai2 and it was a nice addition to our menu. With an international employee-base, it's important to offer global flavors so we'd do this again. The fresh tomato salad was a great compliment to the other heartier foods. The quantities were appropriate.

5-star meal loved it. Only wish there was such thing as compostable bowls. Flavors were exceptional, broth was piping hot (important!) and it was a nice change. We will surely do this again. Chicken was more popular than beef at both locations. Need a better system for broth; bowls did not fit under the pour spout. We used mugs to pour broth (EL pulled containers over the edge, but we were too scared to do that and shouldn't have to. Suggest risers next time for broth containers.

Sandwiches were fabulous, texture of bread was soft and chewy, pickles on turkey were awesome. We had way too many b/c most people only take a 1/2 though the serving size is 2. The salads were great but we would not need the side salad, instead opting for the two specialty salads, the one w/ beets/walnuts and apple/chicken only. We would want this quantity for our group next time. 25 veggie Mediterranean sandwiches (only 1 kind nec'y), 35 Turkey and Pesto and 40 Chix and Pesto. Chix/apple salad for 20 and beet/walnut salad for 30. And since the meal is really carby we'd opt for a less bread-y dessert

Glad we did teriyaki, much better received but next time 1 less full tray. We needed more salad becuase though they were lovely they were small. We always need what equates to 4 full deep trays of salad, with three starting on each line and then a full tray for back-up. We could have fit 3-4 of the small salads into 1 full tray so we'd want 11-12 more. Please help make that determination based on serving sizes.

Nothing bad to say here except that we had too much today! Traffic seemed light after the big rush and I bet we hit 1/2 - 2/3rds of our #s. Had a lot of noodles and way too much carrots & daiko & papaya salad, We had 3 full trays of each and they were packed and we needed 3 1/2 trays. We could have cut the noodles in half too.

Would not repeat this meal. Chix well seasoned and moist, perfect amount but we freaked out and ordered more in the moment since it was less than typical and then had too much. The falafel and kibbeh was very dry, especially the falafel, hard and difficult to cut. The potato and fattoush salads were tasteless and bland. We had more dessert than was needed by double. Brownies needed to be cut in half.
