Curry leaf tempered roasted coconut lamb curry- a specialty dish from Kerala. Served with turmeric rice, and side salad.

Malabar Lamb Plate (lamb cubes, coconut cream, onion gravy ( (onion, oil, turmeric seed, cumin seed, salt, cumnin powder, coriander powder, cayenne, paprika, garam masala, garlic, ginger, fenugreek leaves), curry leaves, mustard seed, coconut)
Buddha Salad (cucumber, tomato, red onion, chickpea, cabbage, mango vinaigrette (olive oil, vinegar, italian seasoning, mango))
Rice (basmati rice, turmeric)
