Not a twist cap, beware when I open with bottle opener the soda gushed all over me. Not sure if it was just shaken from the trip getting to my house, but i lost a good chunk of it before i got to even drink it. The overall taste is good, not bad but not sure if i would purchase again for 3 dollars for such a small bottle. Worth a try but likely not to purchase again.
