Great flavors, only critique is that some refried beans were cold. Portioning perfect and we had just the right amount of sauces for the mains, except guac for S2 - needed more (Jessica's office!) Cacula helped shift food from one line to another but overall service was great. Would have been nice to have a green salad with tomatoes so people could opt for a salad version
Great lunch menu, well received. Adjust #s down since 2 tamales pp is the serving sz. 75 chix and 17 panela cheese and 15 vegetable tamales. Needed 2 more full trays of chips and 1 more full tray of salad (pls help determine proper qtys for next time). Had to p/u xtra. Need only 1 tray only of flan for 30.
