A fresh green salad with some traditional ingredients of Mexican cuisine! Served with our house-made cilantro dressing.

Great lunch menu, well received. Adjust #s down since 2 tamales pp is the serving sz. 75 chix and 17 panela cheese and 15 vegetable tamales. Needed 2 more full trays of chips and 1 more full tray of salad (pls help determine proper qtys for next time). Had to p/u xtra. Need only 1 tray only of flan for 30.

This was good, but I found myself worrying about the food dye in the tortilla chips. They were bright green and red, and I'm not sure if the dyes were natural or artificial.
