Half a pound of juicy, delicious, ground Wagyu beef blend, served on a house-made bun, with traditional toppers -- lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle -- as well as a generous ladling of Miller's Guild's Bacon Cheddar Gravy. This is a four-napkin burger!
Ground beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle (cucumbers, pickling spice, vinegar, salt), burger bun (yeast, bread flour, whole wheat flour, molasses, kosher salt, lardo [pork fat with herbs], eggs), motoraioli (beef drippings, worcestershire sauce, mushroom soy, sherry vinegar, egg yolks, canola oil, salt), bacon-cheddar gravy (bacon, white cheddar, rosemary, sage, garlic, bay leaf, butter, flour, annatto, turmeric), bacon.
Lettuce pickles tomato and onions were wilted everything else was really good
ehhh.... I would recomend going to Millers Guild for this burger... I got the burger and it was missing the bacon!, the fixins and no sauces... I would not pay 14 for burger likes this.. so I can only comment on the beef and bun... both were ok since it was kept in fridge and then warmed again....
