Grilled New York Steak marinated in a traditional Thai country style. Served with spicy lime-toasted rice sauce and sticky rice.

  • ⓞ Oven 350F, 10-15 min
  • ⓜ Microwave 2-3 min
  • Add 1 tbsp water to rice before heating
  • Heat rice covered
  • Heat longer for more well done steak
  • Remove plastic if heating in oven

Lots of yummy, thin-sliced steak. Quite a bit of fat (whole slices) but to be expected of a NY cut. The sticky rice and sauce really round out the dish
