Thai-style BBQ chicken thigh grilled to perfection with herbs and spices, with a side of coconut rice, papaya salad and spicy 'Jaw sauce'. A true Thai street food, Gai Yang was started by the Isan (Northeast Thai) people and has become a popular dish throughout Thailand. It's delicious, healthy and exotic!
chicken (chicken, soy sauce, salt, sugar, palm sugar, chili powder, rice crispy powder, cilantro, garlic, white pepper), papaya salad (papaya, fresh red chili, lime juice, tomato, carrot, sugar, peanuts), rice (rice, coconut milk), jaw sauce (sugar, tamarind, soy sauce, rice crispy powder, chili powder, salt)
Just wonderful, the staff love it! Thank you.
This was super good!
REALLY good and moist. Loved the sauce on it too!
Taste was great. Quantity not enough. Meant for 11. Was just enough for 7. We have 4 people OOF today.
Delicious, chicken was moist and flavorful. Salad added nice freshness to the plate. Great portion size .
Succulent moist chicken. Loved it.
OMG!! so fresh and delish!!!
Delicious! Jaw sauce was really great and chicken was tender.
Good tender chicken in a very tasty sauce. Came with what seemed to be a radish slaw rather than papaya, but was good as well.
Terrific chicken, perfect with sauce and rice. Exellent side salad
Chicken was mostly gristle, but meat that was there was pretty good. Rice was just a blob of mush, not good. Salad was fresh and tasty.
