Good flavor, but extraordinarily glue-y noodles that turn into blobs of starch upon reheating. Chef: please solve the gluey noodle problem with this dish!

Very delicious. The beef was cooked well and the whole dish had a great flavor. I gave it 4 stars because the noodles were a little gummy. Still a very good dish and I will be inclined to order again.

The noodles were pretty well stuck together and didn't really loosen up after heating, which was disappointing. There was plenty of beef and the flavor was good, but this dish just did not travel well.

I was hoping there was more spring onion and soy sauce flavor, and it was on the sweeter side, probably because it is Thai food, not the Chinese version that I've used to.
