A twist on the Filipino bar food! Crispy pork belly sisig is seasoned with calamansi citrus, onions and chili peppers. Served with steamed rice, Pancit (stir-fried glass noodles with veggies seasoned with calamansi juice), and bok choy flavored with garlic oil.
pork sisig saute (pork, canola oil, red and white onion, Thai chili , Knorr seasoning, soy sauce, citric acid, calamansi juice, mayo, green onion, salt, pepper)
rice (rice)
pancit (stir fried noodles) (cornstarch noodles, tofu, canola oil, garlic, onion, carrot, celery, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, bell pepper, tamari, calamansi juice, salt, pepper)
bok choy with garlic: (bok choy, garlic, canola oil)
Great flavor and perfect portion size of pork! Looking at leftovers, we could have gotten away with ~20% less of the noodles, veggies, and rice.
Very good lunch
