Wow! This was a monster hit today. I went back for thirds. This sauce goes with everything! Very well balanced.
Food was good but we missed having chicken, next time we'd have chicken phad thai too, with only one rice. The tofu with the basil was really mushy, the red curry tofu was a huge hit. Next time we'd do another tray of the red and one less of the tofu basil dish.
