Pumpkin and Tofu Green Curry (tofu, green curry paste (fresh chili pepper, garlic, ginger root. shallot, lemongrass, salt, sweet basil, kaffir lime, sugar, coriander seed, pepper, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, galangal) coconut milk, pumpkin, peas, sugar, canola oil)

Thai Peanut Slaw (Napa cabbage, carrot, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, sugar, peanuts)
Very Good, I was hesitant on the thought of Pumpkin BUT IT WAS DELICIOUS, This was very very good. Enjoyed by all....
A simple meal (3 chafers on ea line) and slaw had big chunks of cabbage but flavors were fabulous and the meal was well received. Adding a bit more color, like a red and even more peas into the green curry sauces would have been more visually pleasing but they tasted delicious. Better served in bowls next time. PERFECT AMOUNT!!!
