Ingredients

pesto (arugula, basil, salt, pepper, garlic, canola oil), red & yellow peppers, yellow squash, red onion, broccoli, cauliflower, canola oil, flatbread (flour, soybean oil, yeast, salt, sugar, dough conditioner (calcium sulfate, guar gum, vegetable mono and diglycerides,cysteine, calcium peroxide, enzyme), baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), yeast nutrients (ammonium sulfate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide), calcium propionate and potassium sorbate (preservatives)

Salad options were interesting, delicious and included something for everyone. Not too keen on flatbread, kind of soggy, and were glad we picked up rustic bread as a side. Presentation was off with the bar, too many containers and they could have been consolidated to create less clutter, please do that next time! Could cheese have been sliced rather than cubed? Less appetizer-y and people can have more easily put it on sliced bread. Seemed a bit random but as a meal, nice to have something different. Skewers were great! Lemon bars can be cut in half.
