Pinto beans are first slowly simmered then sauteed, then hand mashed to achieve the perfect consistency. Add in housemade guajillo sauce to achieve the perfect combination of flavors in this vegan tamale. Served with fragrant orange rice, creamy refried beans, and a duo of red and green salsas.
