Description

Moist minced Chicken Kebabs stewed in an onion and tomato curry. Accompanied by a side of white rice and naan.

Reshmi, or silken chicken kabab, is so called because of the minced texture and creaminess from the yogurt that keeps the kabab from drying out when cooked. Green chillies and cilantro leaves are added to the kabab for a hint of heat and added flavor. I love to squeeze some lemon juice over it before I dig in.
