I loved the honey and the roasting, however, one of the carrots had so many little roots hanging out, very fiberous, and very gritty. It was as though the carrot hadn't been washed clean of soil. I'm not sure why it was so gritty otherwise. But the root fibers added to that perception. Only one was super bad, the others palatable and tastey.
