Salad options were interesting, delicious and included something for everyone. Not too keen on flatbread, kind of soggy, and were glad we picked up rustic bread as a side. Presentation was off with the bar, too many containers and they could have been consolidated to create less clutter, please do that next time! Could cheese have been sliced rather than cubed? Less appetizer-y and people can have more easily put it on sliced bread. Seemed a bit random but as a meal, nice to have something different. Skewers were great! Lemon bars can be cut in half.

It sounds like people really enjoyed the salad bar especially given the different sorts of protein options. One thing we had trouble with was the dressing since since the nozzles on the container were too small and we had to take the lids off to get the dressing going.
