Delicious seared salmon marinated in a wasabi soy sauce served with brown rice and salad, Chirashi bowl style. Chirashi means "scattered sushi" in Japanese, and this dish is a riff on tradition. Mix the salad on top with your side dressing and enjoy! This healthy take on an Asian dish will leave you wanting more.

The dressing was a bit overpowering, so use sparingly. FYI, the salmon was probably atlantic salmon, if you're picky about that.
The Salmon was cooked and not seared but the taste was good
