I have ordered this cookie before and it looked more like the cookie in the photo. Had a nice brown to it, and a little crunch. This time it was underdone. It had no nice brown to it, and no crunch. Just kind of soft and mushy. But it's a cookie, so it was still tasty. Just not as tasty as before.
