Seoul Bowl began with a craving — not just for Korean cuisine, but for the vibrant flavors, dynamic spirit, and bold street food culture we grew up with in South Korea. Our goal was simple: bring a taste of home to our new home in Seattle.
Build your own Korean bowl with crispy gluten-free fried tofu over white rice, accompanied by green cabbage, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, roasted corn, pickled radish, sweet potato, pickled jalapeños, and caramelized onions. Comes with yum yum sauce and gochujang sauce for a balance of creamy, sweet, and spicy flavors. Served with chopsticks.
