Everything was great! Our office really enjoys this meal and we typically end up with very few left overs. All of the add-ons and the salad were much appreciated. As always, we did end up with lots of extra tortillas, but I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done about that since most people in our office prefer to just toss everything in a bowl. People love the colorful seasoned tortilla chips.
