Description

This frittata version of the Denver omelette is made with local Wilcox Family Farms eggs and filled with cheddar and jack cheese, shredded chicken, onions, spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers. Served with roasted breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit salad, and a tomato and roasted jalapeno salsa.
