Sunit and Chaahat Sethi started this journey not just as partners in life, but as collaborators in the kitchen. With recipes developed, tried, tested and loved both in Canada(for over 19 years), and now in Seattle from the last 6 years, they’ve combined their unique strengths to bring something special to the community: authentic, handcrafted pizzas made with love, integrity, and a whole lot of flavor.
While one is putting his 25 years of pizza making experience perfecting each pie along with greeting customers with a smile, making everyone who walks through the door feel like part of the family. The other one handles the back office and experiments with new sauces and fusion recipes.Together, they’ve created more than a pizzeria — they’ve built a place where stories are shared, memories are made, and every bite tells a tale of hard work and heart.
