Sushi never disappoints, next time please halve the amount of rice and noodles. Perfect amount of sushi

Most of the sushi was great, but the tempura fried shrimp in the rolls was dry and chewy which made them seem kind of old. The yakisoba noodles tasted like spaghetti, almost ketchup-y. Last time there was too much ginger but they were disappointing in a different way. People still took them because they expect to like them so next time we'd want one more full tray, plus another full tray of the rice. Both food items were shallowly prepared in full trays.

Glad we did teriyaki, much better received but next time 1 less full tray. We needed more salad becuase though they were lovely they were small. We always need what equates to 4 full deep trays of salad, with three starting on each line and then a full tray for back-up. We could have fit 3-4 of the small salads into 1 full tray so we'd want 11-12 more. Please help make that determination based on serving sizes.

Chef Kay Kim is popular. Too much meat for 107 hc but salad really short for high 130 hc - didn't make sense. Need 1 more full tray of salad, need 4 full had 3. Dbl Japchae noodles to 110 and cucumbers halve to 60. Salad and noodles ran out at 12:05pm. Perfect amount of rice and meat was good but chicken and beef were too sweet. Needed another full pan of tofu. Dbl vegetarian headcount to 40.
