The idea for Macrina Bakery & Cafe existed long before we opened our doors. The seed was planted while Leslie Mackie was in cooking school and continued to take root throughout her early restaurant career and during her travels.

Caramelized sweet onions, Parmesan, olive oil, and a blend of sesame, fennel, and poppy seeds are folded into our flaky cornetto dough and rolled into a pinwheel. Perfect for a savory breakfast or served alongside a bowl of soup for lunch.
