This was a fun change and overall well-received. I think both salmon and lamb can be hit and miss and we had three full pans of the lamb dish left.
It's not really fair to judge on this day because there was a miscommunication and we dbl ordered catering and pizza is always a big hit. This was not a favorite meal when we had it in on 7/29 and since our reviews were not captured last time in the dashboard, I'll put them in here now for record. This was the write-up from 7/29: Salmon and lamb can be hit and miss, 2 leftover pans of lamb and salmon was too smoky. Vegetarian pesto dish was great, the green salad with olives was a great combo and the eggplant, chickpeas and greens were yummy, though the eggplant was salty. Vegan rigatoni with pomodoro and baby spinach needed more spinach, tiramisu was dreamy. Wouldn't do this again.
Would have loved more salmon, spinach, and sauce for the amount of noodles we received.
