This was delicious! The dressing is so good - note that it has fish sauce in it. Yum!

I would have loved to have the ingredients/menu card for the delicious dressing this came with!

Really great menu but chicken pans were barely full (maybe 1/3) and we ran out quickly! Tofu was called out as being on the soft side, like scrambled eggs. Also needed 3x the cucumber and tomato garnish plate (people moved through it in lieu of a "salad") and more limes, all other toppings were perfect. Caterer forgot brown rice but we received it on time. Do not need more papaya salad (my mistake calling that out before opening the lid! Listening to feedback but not looking with my own two eyes!)

Wish we had more! Our portion was much smaller than expected.
