Deliciously spiced steak is served over a bed of sautéed onions and bell peppers. Accompanied by Mexican rice, refried beans, sour cream, pico de gallo, salsa roja, corn and flour tortillas, avocado salsa and tortilla chips.

everything was delicious, set up was perfect and was a hit with the team.
Great flavors, only critique is that some refried beans were cold. Portioning perfect and we had just the right amount of sauces for the mains, except guac for S2 - needed more (Jessica's office!) Cacula helped shift food from one line to another but overall service was great. Would have been nice to have a green salad with tomatoes so people could opt for a salad version
